TRAVEL

When I was 18 years old, six years ago, I  didn´t know what career or what kind of profession I had to follow at the university like many teenager when  finished high school. So, my father told me, why don´t you study tourism?   At the first I thought it was a crazy idea, because I used to think it wasn´t an interesting carrer,but he insisted, so I decided to take a chance.

After 2 years when, I was starting to travel while I learned a lot about my country and others countries around the world. I have started to enjoy it. My father continued support me to travel and find out other cultures, political ideas, diferent lifestyles, etc.

 I couldn´t believe that the fact of studying tourism opened my mind and encourage me to travel and became able to know other cultures. It was my dream came true.

I discovered that travel is my PASSION!!!. I would recommend it as a hobby or why not as a profession like me. I think it is one of the most exciting and interesting career at all.

Thanks for your email. I am so excited to hear that you are coming to salta. The best time  to visit Salta  is relative to your own pleasure , because Salta during the all seasons, offer a huge of alternative to do. For example, If you enjoy the sun, the water and green landscapes, the best choice is summer, but If you don´t,  the spring and autumn is your best opcion. Anyway, any time of the year that you would  decide to come, you would enjoy it. Personnally, I recomend you autumn, because there are a lot of turist here, and you could meet people from around the world.

If you want to meet young people, I suggest you going to The Monolo or Guemes Monument in the afternoons and  Balcarse street in the evenings. There are many young people there and also, I can show you my friends and we can get out together.

The type of clothes that you should bring with depending of the time you come but generally the weather here is warm, except in winter, so you should bring some light clothes for the daytime but warming clothes for the evenings, because the weather is changeable between the day and night but not to much.

THE SIBERIAN TIGER

Almost all wild Siberian tigers live the Southeast corner of Russia in the Sikhote-Alin mountain range east of the Amur River. Their former range included northeastern China and the Korean Peninsula, and as far west as Mongolia. 

Siberian tigers are carnivores. Males weigh about 660 lbs. and are about 8.5 to 12 feet long, and females are slightly smaller. Siberians are capable of eating 60 lbs. of game during one night's hunt. The red deer and wild boar constitute about 85 percent of the Siberian tiger's diet, though the tiger may also feed upon lynx and bear, along with smaller prey such as fish and rabbits. 

They're patient and efficient hunters, and their stripes help camouflage them as they slowly creep toward their prey until they're close enough to pounce. 

Siberian  tiger is considered a critically "endangered species" with the primary threats to its' survival in the wild being poaching and habitat loss from intensive logging and development. Tigers are most commonly poached for their fur and for their body parts used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The other vital concern for the survival of the Siberian tiger in the wild is habitat loss. 

Because, They require vast forest landscapes to survive. 

Many things are being done to help the fast becoming extinct Siberian Tiger. Such as reseves which are protected are being set up for them. Also there are laws agaisnt shooting or killing a Siberian Tiger. As well as wearing or using a real Siberian pelt. Another thing is that they are doing captive breeding with them, which is when they take adult Siberian Tigers and mate them so they reproduce offspring known as cubs, and when the cubs are old enough they set them free into the wild.
